This course is a special topics course dealing with the production and appreciation of wine.  Each session will consist of a brief lecture, demonstration or tutorial followed by a workshop in which participants, working in pairs, will produce and bottle a 23 liter (30 bottles) batch of a wine of their choice. Students will also create their own unique wine labels with personalized imagery and message.
