Follow the yellow brick road to the 2017 Spring Fling!

The ACA will host the second annual Spring Fling festival at 2300 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian MI (across from the LISD Vo-Tech center) from Noon - 6 PM. We'll be wearing our ruby red slippers and clicking our heals to celebrate this year's fanciful theme! Join us for munchkin art projects, artist demonstrations and an all-around day of fun for all ages!

Studio One will host a Gallery Reception from 1-3pm for the ACA Resident Artist Show. Enjoy refreshments and popcorn while you view the show and visit the 13 unique resident artist studio spaces in the building. Munchkins can meet the Cowardly Lion himself and make their own good/bad witch wand or a cowardly lion medal of bravery!

In the Community Clay studio you will experience the magic of a Raku pottery firing, lead by the not so smart (and highly flammable) Scarecrow! Munchkins can make their own munchkin houses, angry tree faces or Toto footprints. Speaking of Toto, watch out for the flying monkeys at the Lenawee Humane Society Adoption tent!

Spring Fling - 2016

Our Spring Fling festival on May 1st, 2016 was a huge success! We had a record number of kids participating in the fairy door scavenger hunt, dancing, face painting, head dress making, and boomerang and tile decorating workshops. THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered or attended. We are very fortunate to have the support of so many wonderful Lenawee County residents!
