ACA Plans First Ever Fundraiser

Halloween Bash, Friday, October 25

Interested in hearing about your future? How about experiencing extreme pumpkin carving? Maybe take a chance on an original art piece?

The Adrian Center for the Arts (ACA) will host “Halloween Bash,” a fundraiser for the organization, on October 25. Guests will have the chance to take part in many activities as well as enjoy a hearty snack buffet from 3 Dudes and Dinner and drinks.

Guests can participate in a tarot card reading with Ghidrah’s Mind Body and Spirit, watch extreme pumpkin carving with ACA resident artist Justin Cox, and see a special effects makeup demonstration by  ACA member artist and instructor Brian Smith. Local Ghost Hunter Jeff Westover will give a short presentation about the property where the ACA is located which used to be the Michigan Training School.

There will also be wrapped boxes of original art available for purchase. All boxes will contain small pieces done by ACA artists, but will be wrapped, so buyers will be totally surprised upon opening them at the end of the evening.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $60 per person – 18 and older please. Register online here.
